Hi everyone!

We've written two updates in a week; we must be excited! And we are, because TwitchFilm has just premiered the very first look at RESTORATION: Two images showcasing our three main characters and a glimpse inside the set we built for the Restoration Life Services facility.

We've Passed Our Goal! Two Days To Go!
almost 10 years ago – Thu, Jul 31, 2014 at 04:32:19 PM

Wow, what an amazing 24 hours it has been! We've thundered past our goal of $15,000, which is absolutely amazing. We are humbled and thankful at the generosity and enthusiasm we've had from you, our supporters, and we can't wait to show you more from the world of RESTORATION.

Until then, here's a photo of our very ecstatic producer Toby Gibson celebrating our funding milestone outside our sound stage at Docklands Studios (located near the city's giant Ferris wheel, making Toby look every bit the showman).

We've been busy moving into this sound stage this week, with most of the crew now based at the production offices inside this big blue new home - while our construction manager Rob MacKenzie and his team have been busy 'bumping in' bigger pieces of the set (called 'flats') as well as painting these in preparation for the assembly.

Any additional funds we raise before our campaign ends will contribute to either the set construction or art department, as we start to bring our elaborate set to life. Several unforeseen costs - such as the need for a special slatted roof above the set that works as a ceiling for wide shots but also lets light through, plus a 'boom lift' to rig studio lights.- have become apparent over the past month, and so extra funds will help cover such new expenses.

Once again, from the whole RESTORATION team, we thank you for your wonderful support and generosity so far and we are really excited about where this means we can take our story, and how believable we can make it for everyone involved, and especially you, the audience!
